Older men are needed to help younger grow and mature in the ways of honor and strength. We grow, as the Celtics say: from Boy, to Warrior and then to Sage. And to get there we must teach our younger males there is more to life than video games, sex and self indulgence.
Young men must be held accountable to the higher goals of manhood and fatherhood. They must be taught of their responsibilities to those they will one day lead as Fathers.
Young men ask three things from their Father-figures: Acceptance, Approval and Forgiveness. If it is not given in a positive, constructive way it will be gained by the other means.
A short film on men trying to mentor a younger man, teaching him something about too much pride.

"The Race" 2021
Oregon Short Film Festival Selection
It is our intent to create slices of home in small town USA. It is our hope you will enjoy them and help us promote more of these short films.
There is an honesty- yet a humor in what we want our children to see, and we want to tell a story that captures that.
It is our hope you like us enough to support us and help us make more stories with humor and character.
A look at football coaches in small town Texas in the 1970's, and working with a young coach's pride in a humorous way.
As story tellers, we want to be filmmakers who tell a good story, one we can be proud of and that entertains others. Our film production company is small, but our desire to make a difference in the lives of young men is large- join us.
